UXphoria is a senior-led Shopify CRO and e-commerce design studio for DTC brands that need more than a new layout or another CRO tactic.
Senior direction stays involved when a decision can materially change the result. That might mean reconsidering the page hierarchy when the product story changes, adjusting an interaction when customers need reassurance earlier, or adapting a design when implementation reveals a constraint that matters.

Pasture & Paws
Pasture & Paws is a useful example. Buying fresh dog food involves several connected decisions: information about the dog, how the food will be used, recurring or one-time purchase, delivery cadence and the resulting price. UXphoria worked across e-commerce strategy, CRO-focused UX/UI, product page UX, mobile UX, website copywriting, Shopify development and supporting brand design, so those parts of the purchase could be considered together as one system rather than as separate deliverables.

UXphoria brings together strategy, research, content, design and development expertise, then involves the disciplines the engagement actually needs. Senior direction remains close while specialists add depth where their contribution matters to the decision.
Archive38
Archive38 makes that distinction concrete. The store needed stronger reassurance around authenticity, condition and seller credibility, while remaining a premium editorial luxury experience. UXphoria worked across CRO strategy, UX/UI, content and copy, product page optimization, mobile UX, the Sell-to-Us journey and Shopify development.
Osmos
OSMOS presented a different constraint. Its brand strategy and visual identity already existed, so our job was to translate them rather than replace them. UXphoria handled content strategy, e-commerce UX/UI and Shopify development for a product system that needed substantial explanation before the buying decision became straightforward.
That is closer to how we think about conversion design: improve the buying experience while respecting what is already valuable.
For broader Shopify conversion problems, our Shopify CRO approach looks across the connected buying journey and helps determine whether the right scope is one page, one journey or the wider store.

You may have a specific problem, or several symptoms that do not yet point to an obvious scope. The work can be especially relevant when content, design and implementation affect the same decision, or when a stronger conversion structure matters but generic CRO patterns would weaken the brand.
We are less likely to be the right fit if you only need a predetermined layout implemented, want another store copied, or expect a guaranteed conversion percentage before the situation has been examined.
